REFUNDS

Some services may require an advanced deposit or a credit card guarantee to confirm the appointment. Group bookings with an advanced deposit may receive a refund if reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to event. For spa bookings or mobile service appointments that are not group reservations, we offer a full refund if cancelled outside our 24 hour cancellation policy. Otherwise, all sales are final and no refund will be issued.
