REFUNDS

Some services may require an advanced deposit or a credit card guarantee to confirm the appointment. Group bookings with an advanced deposit may receive a refund if reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to event. For spa bookings or mobile service appointments that are not group reservations, we offer a full refund if cancelled outside our 24 hour cancellation policy. Otherwise, all sales are final and no refund will be issued. Some hotels or resorts do not allow outside vendors on their property. The customer is responsible to ensure access is given by the property where mobile service is requested. Renew IV Bar & Med Spa is not liable and offers no refund if the hotel or resort denies access to our staff.
