Louis A. Cona, MD
Our Medical Director, Louis A. Cona, MD, is a pioneer in regenerative cell therapy, providing
the first stem cell treatments in the Cayman Islands more than a decade ago. He continues
to research alternative therapies for various medical conditions, and with IRB-approved
clinical trials, has treated hundreds of patients for Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Chronic Low
Grade Inflammation (which is part of the overall Aging Process), and many other
degenerative conditions.
Louis A. Cona, MD is a recognized member of the British Medical Association, the General Medical Council (UK), the Caribbean College of Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
He is also certified by the American Academy of Aesthetic Practitioners and is a member of the World Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (WAAAM). He is an associate professor at St. Matthews School of Medicine, Deputy Chair of the Health Practice Commission Cayman Islands Government, past chairman of Medical + Dental Council of the Cayman Islands, Medical Director of the Strand Medical Centre, past president of Cayman Islands Medical & Dental Society.

Supervising Physician – Dr. Cona is present for all infusions that occur within the facility. Patients will be able to meet & discuss the treatment protocol with him upon arrival in the Cayman Islands.
Over 30 years experience – Originally from New York. USA, Dr. Cona completed his MD programme in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Turin in Italy. He has practiced medicine internationally and has been in the Cayman Islands practicing for over 25 years.
American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine – Dr. Cona is an active member of the A4M, a society of anti-aging and regenerative medicine physicians, healthcare practitioners and scientists dedicated to enhancing the quality and extending the length of the human lifespan.
World Society of Interdisciplinary Anti-Aging Medicine – Dr. Cona is entitled, as a member, to represent the WOSIAM in his country with all the prerogatives such as defined in the social aim.
